2023 Wave 2 Release Notes: D365 Sales
Microsoft has released the 2023 Wave 2 Release Notes for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Dynamics 365 Sales will include features such as associating activities with multiple related records, Sales Accelerator being renamed to Sales Engagement, faster navigation to new records, and more. Copilot for Dynamics 365 Sales will have new features such as AI-generated proposals, AI-generated account summaries, AI-recommended content, and more. Sales execution and sales force automation will have features such as empowering sellers to proactively pick the next prioritized record based on business rules, improving the success rate of assignment rules with harmonized pipeline monitoring, and more. VIVA Sales has been renamed to Sales Copilot and will now support the lead table.
