Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps have a connector for Dynamics 365 Business Central that allows you to automate actions based on triggers in the ERP system. However, these triggers rely on job queue functionality, which means that if the user creating the record is a partner-related account like a Delegated Admin, the trigger will not be fired immediately. To overcome this limitation, you can use External Business Events, which are a server-side technology that does not rely on the job queue. By creating an external event in your AL code and using the "When a business event occurs" trigger in Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps, you can create a more reliable workflow trigger.
