Microsoft has launched a new mobile experience for Dynamics 365 Field Service, which is now available in preview. The new user experience supports mobile navigation, gestures and controls to streamline managing work order tasks, services and products. Technicians can easily pick, change or complete work order details, add notes with multiple inline images and use Dynamics 365 Guides embedded in Field Service mobile for additional support. The embedded guides provide step-by-step instructions, pictures and videos explaining the immediate task.
