Send A Text Message (SMS, MMS) With Power Automate For Free
Power Automate can send free text messages using an email to text gateway. Each mobile phone company has its own gateway domain, and by sending an email to a 10-digit phone number at the gateway domain, the message can be received as a text. This method is best for internal company use-cases where the phone company is known. To send a text message using Power Automate, create a new flow with an instant trigger and add the "Outlook - Send An Email (V2)" action. Use the 10-digit phone number at the gateway domain as the sender and leave the subject line blank. To send messages to multiple numbers, create a SharePoint list of subscribers and use Power Automate to send emails to each subscriber.
