This is a problem because it prevents customers from taking advantage of the benefits of the cloud. Partners need to understand the concept of decoupling systems and create cloud-compatible solutions. Integrations with external systems should not be done through point-to-point connections, but rather through a middle tier. Partners should not give false information to customers and should be able to support them in a modern way. Customers should also be proactive in checking their integration solutions and demanding cloud-compatible customizations.
