Dynamics 365 release wave 2 2024 part 2
This article discusses the upcoming updates for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in the second part of the release wave 2 2024 series. For Customer Insights - Data, there will be features to automate segment and measure management, generate insights from marketing interactions, and simplify data sources using Dataverse. For Dynamics 365 Sales, there will be updates to Copilot capabilities, as well as the ability to analyze opportunities with grouping and aggregating, customize lead qualification, get a 360-degree view with AI-generated summaries, and stay efficient with the Copilot immersive homepage. These updates will be released between October 2024 and March 2025.
