2024 Wave 2: D365 Customer Service


The 2024 wave 2 release notes for Dynamics 365 Customer Service have been released. The new features include improved attachment experience for composing emails, enhanced handling of recipients while composing emails, the ability to extend Copilot with plugins, real-time updates for queue memberships, and the ability to view Copilot generated proactive prompts and insights. These features were previously mentioned in the 2023 release notes or the 2024 wave 1 release. The functionality related to these features is explained in detail in the article. Some features are already available, while others will be released in October 2024.
