Essential PPAC Settings for Copilot Studio

A couple of years ago, collaboration with Michael Roth led to a discussion of high-level tenant settings for the Power Platform, which impact overall landscape management. The article highlights dedicated PPAC settings for Copilot-related features, essential for Copilot Studio and other functionalities within Power Platform and D365 products. To access these settings, one must navigate through the Power Platform Admin Centre and possess appropriate administrator roles. The settings are organized by product areas including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, among others. Users can apply these settings at environment or group level, and for those using Managed Environments, group-level application simplifies the process. However, settings need to be individually applied in organizations without this feature, potentially posing challenges for extensive environments. Admins are advised to prioritize certain settings as listed in the article for optimal functionality.
