Access Checker - XrmToolBox Tool
The Access Checker tool has been updated to provide an explanation of how access to a record has been granted. The tool allows users to select an entity and a specific record, and then select a user to see what access that user has to the record. The tool displays a grid showing the user's rights to the record, with red indicating no permission and green indicating permission. The tool also includes icons and descriptions to indicate how the user gained access, such as through direct sharing, sharing with a related record, or through a role or team.
