Dynamic Row-Level Security using your Management Hierarchy

This video demonstrates how to implement dynamic row-level security (RLS) using the management reporting chain. By utilizing PATH() and PATHCONTAINS() functions, you can automate RLS and allow leadership to access data for anyone under them in the reporting hierarchy without adding individual users to different roles. The video also provides a method to obtain a table of user data using Power Automate. The timestamps in the video outline the steps involved, including relating the staff table to data, creating a PATH() calculated column, creating the RLS rule, testing the rule, and adding it to the role in the web service.
