Enable Copilot for the Rich Text Control – Dataverse / Dynamics 365

To enable Copilot for a specific instance of a Rich Text editor field in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you need to create a JavaScript Web Resource file and add the necessary values to the extraPlugins and toolbar properties. You can refer to the sample configuration file for all the properties and their corresponding values. Once you have created the Web Resource and added the Rich Text Editor Control to the desired field, you can see the option to adjust with Copilot in the toolbar. By selecting this option, you can update the tone of the content. If you want to apply Copilot to all fields using the Rich Text Editor Control, you can update the RTEGlobalConfiguration.json file.
