Improved Work order experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service
Dynamics 365 Field Service release wave 2 of 2023 includes a new work order management interface. The interface makes it easier to generate, manage, and schedule work orders. It provides more information at a glance, forms with easily updated fields, and allows for timely customer updates. The new interface also simplifies the work order details form into a side pane, making operations like scheduling and updating instructions more accessible. There are two types of new forms: Work Order Light (preview) and Work Order (preview). The new work order experience aims to streamline user experience, reduce clicks, and save time and effort.
