Sales and customer service teams in Microsoft Dynamics 365 face challenges in tracking last and next activity dates with leads and customers. Dynamics 365 does not provide out-of-the-box fields for this, but it can be added with custom rollup fields in Power Apps. By following a few simple steps, Dynamics 365 can be configured to monitor last activity dates, track next activity due dates, and improve sales pipeline visibility. These fields can be added to lead, contact, and opportunity forms, as well as CRM views. For a detailed guide on how to create and configure these fields, visit the enCloud9 blog post. A video tutorial is also available.
