The Dynamics 365 Business Central connector does not support using managed identities in Azure Logic Apps. The connector only supports using real user credentials. The feature of using managed identity is in Microsoft's backlog for a future update, but there is no official plan for releasing it yet. Azure Logic Apps workflows support using a managed identity for authenticating access to resources protected by Azure Active Directory. When using a managed identity to authenticate your connection, you don't have to provide credentials, secrets, or Azure AD tokens. Azure Logic Apps supports the system-assigned managed identity and the user-assigned managed identity.
