Support parallel working with multiple sequences in Dynamics 365 Sales

Sales managers and sellers can improve customer engagement and collaboration with multiple sequences in Dynamics 365 Sales. Multiple sequences allow different team members to work on the same record with different sequences, optimizing customer engagement and collaboration. There are two ways to connect multiple sequences to a record: manually and automatically. Sequences can also be assigned to different users than the record owner using the sequence assignment feature. The connected sequences and users for a record can be viewed using the Up next widget or the sequence stats report. The Up next widget now allows users to view all sequence steps associated with a specific sequence. Multiple sequences in Dynamics 365 Sales can drive better business outcomes and give a competitive edge.
