Transform dispatching in Dynamics 365 Field Service with Scheduling Operations Agent 


We're introducing the public preview release of Scheduling Operations Agent for Dynamics 365 Field Service. This feature allows dispatchers to optimize technician schedules quickly and efficiently. The agent considers factors such as technician skillsets, travel time, and promise windows to create optimized schedules. Dispatchers can review and approve the suggested schedules, ensuring confidence in the optimization results. The Scheduling Operations Agent is available in preview for customers with Dynamics 365 Field Service and requires Copilot Studio capacity packs.
