Uniting Sales and Marketing – Integrating MS Bookings into Customer Insights Journeys


Microsoft Bookings is a useful tool for scheduling appointments, but it may require a high level of commitment from potential leads. To address this, a process was developed that starts with a non-binding lead form on the website. After submitting the form, prospects receive a confirmation email with a link to the MS Bookings page where they can book an appointment if they choose to. A custom trigger and flow in Power Automate are used to connect Bookings with Dynamics Customer Insights. The flow retrieves the lead from the CRM based on the email address and subject of the Bookings event. This integration allows for a seamless experience and minimizes administrative work for the sales team.
