Microsoft has introduced Customer Voice Surveys, which allow organizations to design surveys for users to provide feedback. The surveys can include various types of questions such as text, date, rating, and file upload. Once the survey is designed, invitations can be generated and sent to users. The process of creating and sending invitations can be automated, with features like dynamic variables that have values based on which the survey is being sent. One use case scenario is sending survey invitations to accounts in CRM for selected surveys. Surveys can have prepopulated data, and personalized variables can be used within the questions. Power Automate Flow can be used to create invitations for the Customer Voice Survey, and once the invitations are created, they can be sent to users via email. The users can then open the invitation link to fill out the survey. This automation process makes it easier to collect and analyze customer feedback.
