How to handle long term tasks in Power Automate

Power Automate has a limitation of 30 days for long-term tasks. However, you can automate long-term approval processes by triggering a new flow when a task is completed. This involves creating two flows - one to create the task and another to process the response. The second flow is triggered when a row in the Approvals Dataverse table is updated. You can add a trigger condition to check the task name and connect it with a specific process. Additionally, you can retrieve the approver information from a different table by searching in the Approval Responses table using the task ID. This approach allows you to handle approval tasks that may take longer than 30 days.
