Power Platform as Connected Service for Visual Studio is Generally Available
Microsoft has announced that the Power Platform as Connected Service for Visual Studio is now generally available in Visual Studio 2022 17.7. This capability allows developers to create custom connectors from within Visual Studio to quickly build a front-end for their API using Microsoft Power Apps. Developers can combine Visual Studio and Power Platform CLI to build a sample Power App from their API. The feature also allows developers to provide a new mobile experience of their legacy APIs. The company has provided a sample API and instructions on how to use the feature on their website.
