Dynamics 365 Business Central users can check the Service Health Dashboard in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center portal to know more about service incidents. The dashboard provides post-incident reports that explain what happened during a service incident and what actions will be taken to avoid it in the future. Users can also activate notifications and check the dashboard to stay informed. Service incidents are rare, but when they occur, users can access the Service Health Dashboard to get more information. The dashboard is also available for other Microsoft 365 services.
