Copilot is an in-app help feature powered by AI that provides contextual assistance and guidance to users. It uses generative AI to provide precise responses to user queries based on the extensive repository of public documentation on Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management features. Users can engage with Copilot conversationally within the application and ask questions related to their current context. Copilot will provide tailored and context-aware guidance. This feature is currently in public preview and aims to enhance the user experience, reduce training costs, and improve productivity.
