Portal does not load and displays “Server Error” or shows “Getting set up.. This might take a while” message -Portal Startup Issue (PowerApps Portal)

The article discusses an issue with creating a website using the Partner Portal template in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The provisioning process gets stuck at "Getting set up..." and displays an error message about the URL of the Dynamics 365 organization being changed, even though it is correct. Microsoft acknowledged this as a bug and provided a workaround. The workaround involves creating a website with the Customer Self-Service Portal template, then creating a website with the Partner Portal template. If the Customer Self-Service Portal is not needed, the website can be deleted along with specific managed solutions and website records. Following these steps should resolve the issue.
