Tricia Sinclair presented at the European Power Platform Conference in Brussels on implementing omnichannel voice using Azure Communication Services (ACS). She conducted two sessions, one on key considerations and planning strategies, and another on setting up omnichannel voice in under 30 minutes. Although there were technical issues during the live demonstration, she completed a video showing the successful setup in just 23 minutes. The video demonstrates the core setup without additional requirements. Sinclair asks for feedback on whether she accomplished the challenge.
