Microsoft Dynamics 365 is updating its pricing for the first time in over five years, effective from October 1, 2024. The pricing update applies to various products, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Human Resources, and more. Prices for on-premises customer engagement and operations products will increase by the same percentage as the cloud versions. The pricing changes will apply globally to new and existing customers. However, pricing for cloud products not listed in the update, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, will remain unchanged.
