Cloud Flows are disabled or turned off after copying a Dataverse Environment ? (Power Automate / Power Platform)

After copying a UAT environment to a testing environment, all the cloud flows were turned off/disabled. This is because the environment is set in administration mode during the copy, which disables background operations. Flows are turned off to prevent accidental execution, integration issues, and unintended data modifications. To enable the flows, you can disable administration mode or enable background operations, but the flows will not automatically switch on. You can manually switch them on or use PowerShell scripts or APIs. Additional considerations include verifying connection references, updating environment variables, and reassigning flow owners. If flows are not behaving correctly, check the callback registration records.
