Use Security Roles to manage access to views (preview)– Dataverse / Dynamics 365
This article explains how to use security roles to manage access to views in Microsoft Dynamics 365. By setting the EnableRoleBasedSystemViews property to true, you can filter views based on assigned security roles. You can apply security roles to specific views in the PowerApps Maker Portal, and only users with the assigned roles will be able to see those views. The filtering applies to the table list view selector as well as associated grids and subgrids. The article provides step-by-step instructions and a link to additional documentation for more details.
