How to share Dataverse row with a user using Power Automate

When delegating a task in Power Automate, the user who receives the task may not be able to see it in their approval applications. This is because the task information is spread across multiple tables in the Dataverse. To share the task with the delegate user, you need to share the corresponding Dataverse row using the "Perform an unbound action" Dataverse action and the "Grant access" function. This involves specifying the approval ID and the user ID from the User table. By sharing the Dataverse row, the delegate user will be able to see and complete the task in their approval list. It's important to handle permissions correctly when working with Dataverse data to ensure tasks can be delegated and completed successfully.
