Activate Copilot in the Email Rich Text Editor for Dynamics 365 CRM
Microsoft has integrated Copilot AI capabilities with Dynamics 365 CRM to streamline and automate business processes. One of these capabilities is enabling Copilot in the Email Rich Text Editor. This feature allows users to adjust the length and tone of email content to suit their needs, ranging from short to long and friendly to formal. To enable this feature, users must navigate to the App Designer for the required Model Driven app, turn on the "Enable Copilot in Rich Text Editor (preview)" setting, and then the "Adjust with Copilot" icon will appear within the Email Description. Users can then compose an email and use the Copilot feature to refine the content based on length and tone. This feature enables efficient email conversations tailored to business needs.
