A Guide for Monitoring and Resolving Issues with Automated Record Creation Rules in Dynamics 365 CRM


Microsoft has added the Automated Record Creation (ARC) rule to its latest edition, which generates or updates systems or custom activities based on actions like emails or social media. The ARC rule makes it easier for administrators to find and fix any problems related to case conversions. The Activity Monitor View now shows the reasons for case generation failures or skips, allowing administrators to take prompt action and independently fix case-creation concerns. The activity monitor tool also provides resolution procedures and direct links to the rule settings that need to be changed to prevent future case creation problems. Overall, this update helps administrators diagnose and resolve case-creation issues more efficiently.
