The Queue Items control is a new addition to the PCF controls available for Customer Service in Dynamics 365. It allows users to view related queue item details directly within the case form, eliminating the need to open them separately. This saves time and makes it easier to review which queue the case belongs to and who is currently assigned. To add the Queue Item Control, choose the section where you want to place it and navigate to the 'Components' section. The control is available for all entities with queue support. This streamlined approach enhances productivity and simplifies queue management for Customer Service teams.
