Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot can now be trained to understand your business-specific terms and language, improving seller efficiency and accuracy in chat inquiries. Administrators can enable Copilot to use business-specific terms accurately, ensuring relevant responses. Training Copilot is done through the Copilot Studio and leverages an existing bot agent. Glossary terms can be added to the Sales Copilot Power Virtual Agents Bot, allowing sellers to quickly answer questions, gather relevant information, and close deals more successfully. This feature is currently in preview and a general release date has not been published yet.
