Experience the power of Copilot in Dynamics 365 Field Service in the mobile application


Microsoft has introduced Copilot for the Field Service mobile app, a new feature that enhances user-friendliness and efficiency. Copilot includes two skills: Copilot Update, which uses natural language processing and AI to suggest form updates based on user input, and Copilot Summarize, which provides a concise summary of a booking. These features make it easier for frontline workers to manage tasks and access information without being distracted by the app. Copilot is available in the new Field Service mobile (Preview) experience and can be enabled by the org admin. Microsoft encourages users to provide feedback and suggestions for improving Copilot.
