Fixed – System.InvalidOperationException: Message size exceeded when attempting to send response to sandbox. Message Size 123 Mb. Max Allowed 128974848 Mb (Dataverse / Dynamics 365 )
Recently, the author encountered an exception in one of their plugins where the message size exceeded the allowed limit. The error occurred when retrieving notes records associated with inspection responses/attachments in Dynamics 365 Field Service. If the total size of the attachments exceeded 100 MB, the error occurred. To fix the issue, the author updated their logic to process the notes attachments one by one instead of fetching all the note details at once. This resolved the error.
