Orchestrate your WFM solution with Dynamics 365 Customer Service


Microsoft has partnered with TTEC Digital to offer an enhanced adapter that connects Dynamics 365 Customer Service with leading workforce management (WFM) providers. The adapter allows for seamless data transfer between systems and offers features such as real-time adherence reporting and historical reporting. Organizations can use the schedule sync feature to import schedules created in the WFM system directly into the agent calendar in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Microsoft plans to expand support for other WFM providers in the future. The extensible nature of the Dynamics 365 platform also allows organizations to connect any third-party WFM solution with Dynamics 365 Customer Service using the publicly consumable Dataverse API. Microsoft is committed to bringing more WFM adapters to Microsoft AppSource and enhancing the existing adapter from TTEC.
