This article explains how to use form capture functionality with Realtime Marketing forms in Dynamics 365 Marketing. If you have existing forms that you don't want to recreate or if you're using another solution, you can map those forms back to Dynamics so that Contacts and Leads are created and updated automatically. To use form capture, make sure you're on the latest version of Dynamics 365 Marketing and enable the form capture option in the settings. Create a form in Realtime Marketing that includes the same fields as your external form. Publish the form and click on the Form capture option to get the script. Edit the script to include the values from your external form and add it to your web page. When someone fills out the form, the information will be captured in Dynamics 365.
