In the Customer Insights - Journeys app, you can personalize emails using predefined placeholders. However, if someone adds too many or incorrect placeholders, or if you want to remove some of the default ones, you can follow these steps. Previously, you could easily remove predefined tokens by clicking the three dots next to the option, but now you only get a "More info" link. You can still remove custom placeholders. To manage placeholders, you can add access to the "Predefined Placeholder" table in the Customer Insights - Journeys app by editing the sitemap. You can create a custom view to see and delete placeholders. To restrict access, you need to modify a security role and remove create access to the Predefined Placeholder table.
