As a tenant-level admin, enable your makers with Developer Environments
Power Platform and Global Administrators can now create Developer environments on behalf of app makers. This new capability allows admins to strike a balance between control and maker empowerment. These environments enable makers to build using premium capabilities like Dataverse and premium connectors for free. Tenant admins can create up to three developer environments for each owner and these environments get auto cleaned up in case of 90 days of inactivity. These environments are unmanaged by default and can be made managed on tenant admin's choice. These developer environments provide the owner of the environment with a Developer plan that unlocks the full ability to build, test and run premium applications.
