Email editor template changes in Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is updating its email template editor to a modern, unified experience. The changes aim to streamline template creation and editing, offering HTML support for customization and improved reliability. Existing templates will remain valid, but admins should review them for formatting adjustments. The legacy drag-and-drop layout editor is being phased out. Users can continue using their existing templates, which will open in the new editor automatically. Recommendations include adding width units to HTML formats and avoiding nested table structures. Support resources are available for transitioning to the new editor.
