This article discusses three ways to connect files and folders to records in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps without using up your Dataverse Storage Capacity. The first method is using the SharePoint list, but it has limitations such as not being able to see folders. The second method involves customizing SharePoint to create an exact replica of the file list with folders. This requires some programming but provides a better user experience. The third method is using a product called Attach2Dynamics, which allows you to connect files to records and provides additional features like pointing to Dropbox and Azure Blob Storage. Attach2Dynamics does not require any programming. For more information, reach out to P2 Automation.
