The Power Platform ToolBox offers a new feature similar to the XrmToolBox's Bulk Data Updater by Jonas Rapp. This tool allows users to manage large datasets efficiently, with options to update records in various ways, such as fixed changes, touch updates to trigger plugins, calculated updates, or setting values to null. Users can manipulate data through a simple interface displaying two grids: one for the data to edit and the other for changes to apply. Features include field token usage, system token integration, conditional logic, formatting functions, and math operations for calculated updates. The tool also facilitates cloning records, allowing duplicate entries with configured field exclusions and child table cloning to maintain unique relationships. Users can select source records, configure cloning settings, exclude specific parent fields, and clone child tables with remapped links to the parent record. This tool enhances data management by providing extensive update and cloning functionality through a user-friendly interface.
